Our Installation Process
1 Consultation: We begin with a consultation where we get to understand the specifics of your project. We provide detailed information on the options and help you choose the best material and style for your project.
2. Inspection and Estimates: We inspect your existing roof to identify any underlying issues that need addressing. We then measure the roof and provide an estimate
3. Installation:
These steps are nearly universal for asphalt, metal, and composites.
Removal or preparation; We start by removing the old roof system and tearing it back to the bare substrate
Underlayment: Installation of aluminum drip flashing, followed up by 3 to 6-foot rows of ice and water shield along the bottom of the roof, and finally, a high-quality underlayment that gets attached from the bottom to the top of the roof.
Installation of Roof: Shingles or other roofing materials are then installed, starting from the bottom edge of the roof and working upwards. valleys, roof penetrations such as pipe flanges, step walls, and chimneys are addressed as we are moving up the roof.
Finishing Touches: Ridge caps and other finishing touches are added to enhance the roof's appearance and performance.
4. Final Inspection and Cleanup: Once the installation is complete, we perform a final inspection to ensure everything is perfect. We then clean up the site, leaving your property spotless.
